Tonics & Teas by T GUARANTEE

We believe all our products to be of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

2-week claim period for RETURNS

All claims must be made within two weeks of receiving your order.  If more than two weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit. (Please see below for Exclusions)  

To make a return, please email us at tanesha@tonicsandteasbyt.com to let us know of the issue and to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be on the outside of your return shipment. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state.  Return shipping and insurance are to be paid by the buyer via a prepaid, track-able method.  Shipping and handling cost to and from the buyer are not refundable.

  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

RETURN EXCLUSIONS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or Special Orders

  • Clearance Items

  • Wholesale Items

  • Any item that isn't in its original condition

We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Objects shown in photographs used to show pertinent features of a product are for illustrative use only. Due to the nature of natural herbs and teas, the photos listed are for illustrative purposes only. Color and intensity of your item(s) may vary from the examples on our website.

SHIPPING

The shipping estimate given with your order is an estimate.  Your destination and your order contents may cause your shipping total to be different.  We will email you for approval if your shipping amount is more than $1.00 over the estimated shipping amount.

Most orders are shipped within two to three business days of the order being placed and the payment has been approved.  Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, however other shipping methods are available (FedEx, UPS). We unfortunately cannot control the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or United Postal Service (UPS), and we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. However we will email you a Shipment Confirmation notice that contains your Delivery Confirmation Number (as applicable) as soon as your order has shipped.

We encourage customers to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Once a package is mailed, it is under the jurisdiction of the United States Postal Service (USPS), Fedex or United Postal Service (UPS) and their care. 

We ship from Texas,USA.

  • Special delivery arrangements may be available for an additional charge.

  • In general, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, but please contact us if you need to do this.

  • We cannot ship to all countries because of various international trade and delivery problems

FULFILLMENT MISTAKES, DAMAGES and/or DEFECTS

If we make a mistake filling your order, we will make it right! Please inspect your package contents carefully upon receipt. Fulfillment mistakes, defects and/or damages must be reported within three (3) days of registered delivery confirmation. A picture will be required to show any damage.


THE SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US

Tonics & Teas by T may offer various subscription types: including rebillable quarterly subscriptions (“Quarter-to-Quarter Rebillable Subscriptions”); prepaid two or four quarter subscriptions (“Prepaid Subscriptions”); rebillable quarterly subscriptions with a commitment of two quarters (“6-Month Subscription”), or four quarters (“12-Month Subscription”) (collectively “Quarterly Subscriptions With Commitment”) and prepaid gift subscriptions of two or four quarters (“Gift Subscriptions”).

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS

With respect of Tonics & Teas by T subscriptions subject to automatic renewal, you agree that once you have expressly agreed for your credit card to be charged on a recurring basis, and agreed to the amount of the recurring charges, Tonics & Teas by T may submit periodic charges (e.g., quarterly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice at any time that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before Tonics & Teas by T reasonably could act. Information on how to cancel is described below.

QUARTER-TO-QUARTER REBILLABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS

By purchasing a Quarter-to-Quarter Rebillable Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by Tonics & Teas by T after the expiration date of your payment card.

Automatic Quarterly Renewal Terms

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive quarterly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive quarterly period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Quarter-to-Quarter Rebillable Subscription renewal.

Cancellation Policy For Quarter-to-Quarter Rebillable Subscription Renewals

To cancel your Quarter-to-Quarter Rebillable Subscription at any time, you may (i) logon to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, (ii) send us a message at tanesha@tonicsandteasbyt.com and we will do it for you. If you cancel, you will not be rebilled during your next quarterly billing cycle.

PREPAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

By purchasing a Prepaid Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial pre-payment feature for the applicable length of service (two or four quarters) and a recurring Prepaid Subscription renewal fee at the then-current applicable Prepaid Subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including, where applicable, any charges processed by Tonics & Teas by T after the expiration date of your payment card.

Automatic Renewal Terms

At the end of each Prepaid Subscription term, your subscription will be automatically extended for another term of the applicable length of service (two or four quarters) and your payment method will automatically be charged the applicable Prepaid Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Prepaid Subscription rate until you cancel your Prepaid Subscription renewal.

Cancellation Policy For Prepaid Subscriptions Renewals

To cancel the renewal of your Prepaid Subscription, at any time after you were billed for the then-current term, you may (i) logon to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, (ii) send us a message at tanesha@tonicsandteasbyt.com  and we will do it for you. If you cancel the auto-renewal, your subscription will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription term.

QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH COMMITMENT

If You have a Prepaid Subscription, you will receive notice whether, Quarterly Subscriptions With Commitment terms apply to You when your plan renews.

By purchasing a Quarterly Subscription With Commitment, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by Tonics & Teas by T after the expiration date of your payment card.

Automatic Quarterly Subscriptions With Commitment Renewal Terms

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive two or four quarter periods, as applicable, and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive subscription term period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation Policy for Quarterly Subscriptions With Commitment Renewals

  • To cancel your two-Quarter Subscription renewal for the following quarter, at any time, you may (i) logon to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, (ii) send us a message tanesha@tonicsandteasbyt.com and we will do it for you. If you cancel the auto-renewal, your subscription will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription term.

  • To cancel your 4-Quarter Subscription renewal for the following twelve months, at any time, you may (i) logon to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, (ii) send us a message at tanesha@tonicsandteasbyt.com and we will do it for you. If you cancel the auto-renewal, your subscription will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription term.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS

For Gift Subscriptions, the subscription will NOT be renewed after the then-current term expires. You cannot cancel a Gift Subscription and the pre-paid fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THE PRICE AND TO TONICS & TEAS BY T SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any price changes or changes to your Tonics & Teas by T Subscriptions Plans will take effect following notice to you.

Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) is used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information (credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address, etc.) is only used to bill you for products and services purchased at Tonics & Teas by T.

You may, on occasion, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers.   If you would like to opt out of receiving future email offers from Tonics & Teas by T, please log in to your account and unsubscribe from updates. We will not now, nor in the future, share or sell your information to any third party or other businesses.
